Employee learning and reporting

Practise the decisions your people face in their own roles.

Security awareness training built around how your team works

Canada Create™ scopes employee security awareness programs for Toronto organizations, including SaaS and AI companies, substantial healthcare, legal and insurance teams, and institutional property and capital businesses. The aim is to practise useful decisions: verifying a payment change, protecting access, handling information and reporting a suspicious message through the right channel.

This is an employer program, rather than a security-guard course or an individual professional certification. Discovery establishes the roles, work patterns, existing learning systems and evidence your organization needs. Training supports technical controls and response procedures; it does not replace them or guarantee that attacks will be prevented.

Set the program boundary before a campaign

The scope records participating staff and contractors, business units, delivery formats, accessibility and language needs, administrators and reporting recipients. AI may assist lesson research, scenario drafting, design and aggregate analysis using approved inputs. Our team reviews its output with technical and editorial judgement, and your sponsor approves final training materials before use. Your designated sponsor approves the campaign plan, communications, simulation themes and schedule. Privacy, HR and security owners agree appropriate measurement, access and retention before individual-level data is collected.

Use synthetic scenarios and approved destinations. Simulations should not collect real passwords, payment information or sensitive personal records. Avoid humiliating individuals or using threatening themes that undermine staff trust. An authorized test is a learning exercise with documented safeguards, not permission for unrestricted social engineering.

Role-based topics to include where relevant

Finance, executives and assistants

Practise invoice verification, supplier bank-detail changes, executive impersonation and escalation when a request bypasses normal approvals. Training uses the organization’s approved verification steps.

Product, engineering and IT

Cover access requests, account recovery, credential handling, suspicious developer messages and reporting. For AI teams, include approved-tool boundaries and decisions about what information may be entered into an AI service.

Healthcare, legal and insurance teams

Use synthetic examples to practise recipient checks, records handling and escalation under policies approved by the organization’s privacy and compliance owners. Sector-specific legal advice remains with those advisers.

Operations and customer-facing staff

Practise suspicious attachment handling, impersonation, account-change requests and the steps to take after a mistaken click or disclosure. Make reporting practical for remote and hybrid working arrangements.

Measure learning without a misleading click-rate promise

A baseline and later simulation cycles can provide a starting point for discussion. The report should record the audience, delivery conditions, scenario difficulty and exclusions, alongside completion, reporting and interaction measures. Automated email scanning can affect link-interaction data, so platform behaviour and filtering need review before interpreting a result.

NIST’s Phish Scale guidance explains why click rates need the context of the message and intended audience. An easier campaign can lower a rate without proving stronger behaviour. Compare suitable cohorts and scenarios, include staff feedback and use findings to choose the next learning topic. Do not promise a fixed reduction or rank people publicly by a single score.

Connect reporting to a real response owner

A reporting button or mailbox only helps when someone owns the queue. Discovery identifies the destination, responsible team, triage expectations and escalation route for real suspicious messages. Configuration or testing of a reporting integration is included only when named in the scope.

Training does not itself include continuous threat monitoring or an emergency response service. If managed security is required, agree its coverage, authority and response arrangements separately. Staff should know their existing urgent-reporting route while the program is being planned.

What a scoped training handover includes

  • An agreed role-and-topic plan, delivery schedule and campaign approval process.
  • A record of assigned learning, completion and follow-up actions.
  • Simulation methodology and aggregate results with limitations explained.
  • Approved reporting instructions and the named response owner.
  • An evidence pack mapped to the specific customer, policy or assurance request supplied.
  • Recommendations for onboarding, refreshers and the next review.

Records can support a compliance readiness program or security assessment. Completing training alone does not establish compliance, certification or insurance eligibility. Broader AI training has a separate adoption and skills scope.

Scope your employee training program

Custom-scoped engagements; proposal after discovery. Share the team size, roles, delivery preferences, current platform and reason for the program. The proposal identifies content, simulations, administration, reporting and any third-party licence costs. Frequency and timing follow the agreed risks, dependencies and internal approvals rather than a universal schedule.

Plan an approved program

Align learning, simulations and response ownership.

Discuss campaign safeguards, delivery options and the evidence your organization needs. Custom-scoped engagements; proposal after discovery.

How the program runs

Sequence and timing depend on the agreed scope, evidence and approvals.

  1. Discover team needs Team discovery

Review roles, work patterns, current tools and the program objective.

  2. Approve safeguards Campaign approval

Confirm sponsor, participants, themes, data handling and reporting recipients.

  3. Prepare delivery Delivery preparation

Configure only the learning and reporting components in the agreed scope.

  4. Train and practise Approved learning cycle

Run approved learning and simulation activities with support instructions.

  5. Review the evidence Evidence review

Discuss results in context and agree the next learning priorities.

Working with Canada Create has meant so much to me and my business, ProDerma Clinic. When you put your heart into caring for your clients, you want your website and online presence to reflect that same care. I’m so happy with the work Amir and his team have done to help me present my clinic and services with confidence.

They created a beautiful, professional website that brings together my treatments and makes it easy for visitors to learn about the clinic, explore their options, and book a consultation. Having a website I feel proud to share is a wonderful feeling. It gives people an introduction to ProDerma before they even walk through the door.

Their work has also included Google Business Profile optimization, helping me strengthen how my clinic appears on Google Search and Maps. For a local clinic in downtown Toronto, making it easier for people to find accurate information about my services, location, and booking options is incredibly valuable.

What stays with me most is the care and effort behind the work. I’m grateful to Amir and the Canada Create team for helping me build an online presence that reflects the business I’m working so hard to grow.

I would happily recommend Canada Create to other clinic owners and business owners looking for website design, Google Business Profile optimization, and thoughtful marketing guidance. Thank you for supporting ProDerma Clinic and for putting so much heart into your work!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Canada Create, and especially Amir Vincent, one of the owners. His personal involvement made all the difference.

As the owner of a boutique medical aesthetics practice, my business is very personal to me. I wanted a website that showed not just my services, but the philosophy, warmth and individualized care behind my practice. I had a very particular vision, and Canada Create brought it to life more beautifully than I imagined.

From day one, Amir was professional, enthusiastic and detail-oriented, and he took a real interest in understanding my business. He and his team treated the project as a partnership. They took the time to learn what makes my practice unique and how to communicate that to new clients.

The website is beautiful. It's elegant, welcoming and thoughtfully designed, from the overall look and photography to how the information is laid out. It feels authentic to my brand and makes exactly the impression I was hoping for.

They also arranged a professional photoshoot for my practice, which was a highlight. The photos add a personal touch that captures the personality of my business. That matters so much in an industry built on trust and connection.

I've been just as impressed by their technical knowledge. Canada Create manages my website analytics and helps me understand how the site is performing and how to grow my online presence over time. That ongoing support is invaluable. They understand a website has to do more than look good. It has to help build the business.

Their communication, patience and willingness to listen have been wonderful. They took my ideas seriously while bringing their own expertise and creative suggestions. I always felt valued as a person, not just another client. I've spent years building a practice that reflects my values, so I really appreciate people who take pride in their work, and I see that in Amir and his team.

I'm so proud of what we've created together and look forward to continuing to work with Canada Create as my practice grows. If you're considering a new website, a brand refresh or a stronger online presence, I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Amir, thank you for your guidance, dedication and care. And thank you to the whole Canada Create team for turning my vision into something so beautiful. A five-star experience!

I had a great experience working with this business. They helped me build my tutoring website from scratch and guided me through the entire process.

I knew nothing about how the process worked, but they were professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to understand what I wanted, handled the setup and design, and made sure everything worked properly.

Working with Canada Create and Amir Vincent has been an absolute game-changer. I came to them looking for help with social media strategy and creative edits, and they didn’t just deliver, they elevated everything. From the first call, Amir’s clarity, professionalism, and creative eye stood out. You can tell this team genuinely cares about brand quality and impact, not just ticking boxes.

They took my ideas, refined them with precision, and turned them into polished, scroll-stopping content that actually converts. Every edit felt intentional, every post had strategy behind it, and the communication was seamless. No ego, no fluff just pure execution and results.

What impressed me most was Amir’s leadership. He’s not just a CEO, he’s a creative visionary who pushes for excellence in every detail. He listens, adapts, and brings real insight to the table. It’s rare to find a partner who can merge design aesthetics, marketing psychology, and performance thinking like that.

If you’re serious about growing your brand, sharpening your content game, or leveling up your digital presence Canada Create is the team you want in your corner. Amir and his crew don’t play small; they build brands that command attention.

Contextual measurement

Interpret results with audience, difficulty, delivery conditions and platform limitations.

Reporting ownership

Respectful feedback

Use learning and aggregate review rather than public rankings or blame.

Platform-fit discovery

Check delivery formats, administration and evidence exports before promising an integration.

Security awareness training questions

Is this training for employees or individual certification?

This is a scoped employer awareness program. It is not a security-guard course or an individual professional certification.

Do simulations collect real passwords?

No. Simulations should use approved synthetic scenarios and should not collect real passwords, payment information or sensitive personal records.

Who approves a phishing campaign?

Your designated sponsor approves the plan. Privacy, HR and security owners agree relevant safeguards, measurement and data handling before delivery.

Does a lower click rate prove the program worked?

Not by itself. Scenario difficulty, audience, delivery conditions and automated scanning can affect results. Review comparable exercises and additional reporting or learning measures.

Is incident response included?

Training does not itself include continuous monitoring or emergency response. The reporting destination, response owner and any separate operational coverage must be agreed.

Can records support a compliance review?

Records can support a specific policy, customer or assurance request. Training completion alone does not establish compliance, certification or insurance eligibility.

Can delivery use our existing learning platform?

Discovery checks the platform, permissions, content format and reporting requirements. Integration and administration are included only when explicitly scoped.

How much does training cost?

Custom-scoped engagements; proposal after discovery. Team size, delivery, content, simulations, administration and licences shape the proposal.

How frequently should training run?

Frequency is agreed around roles, risks, onboarding and internal requirements. There is no single schedule suitable for every organization.

What happens after someone reports a suspicious message?

Staff follow the approved reporting route. The designated response team owns triage and escalation under its agreed arrangements; a training program does not create an unstated response commitment.
