Is this the right service for your business?

Business Profile is intended for eligible businesses with in-person customer contact, with specific exceptions and restrictions set by Google. That can include customer-facing premises and businesses that travel to customers. We review your actual operating arrangement before recommending a new profile or changes to an existing one.

For several locations or individual practitioners in a shared office, the review considers which profiles are eligible and what belongs in the management scope. A service-area entry does not establish a new physical location or guarantee visibility throughout that area. Review support that respects your business and customers

Public replies are part of the customer experience. We prepare responses and support review communications according to your agreed permissions, tone and approval requirements. A sensitive complaint needs your input, and confidential customer, client or patient information does not belong in a public reply.

Your business retains primary ownership of its profile. Canada Create™ works through authorized manager access, rather than taking primary ownership. Your monthly report covers the agreed work, relevant profile changes, review activity and available performance information. The aim is to help you decide whether the service supports your business, rather than presenting a list of numbers without context.

A call-button click is not proof of an answered call or a new customer. Direction requests, website clicks and supported booking activity each describe different actions. Where connected enquiry records are available within the agreed scope, we consider them alongside profile activity and observed local visibility. We make attribution gaps clear. Management cannot guarantee rankings, call volumes, bookings or sales, but it should give you a clearer account of the work and the evidence available.

Customers should not encounter one set of hours or services on Google and a different account on your website.
