  17. Why Canada Create, and your next step

A website that supports the right enquiries

Your website should help people understand whether your firm handles their matter, who they would work with and how to make first contact. It also needs to represent the practice you want to grow. A firm seeking employer-side mandates needs a different message from one taking employee enquiries; a referral-led boutique has different priorities from a firm investing in advertising.

We start with those distinctions. Your website brief connects the matters you want, the clients and locations you serve, and the capacity of your intake team. The aim is a credible presence and a clearer route to suitable enquiries, with results evaluated against your firm’s actual enquiries and consultations.

What your firm should expect from the project

A clear website proposal should explain what your firm will receive and what your team needs to contribute. Our written scope identifies the pages, design work, content responsibilities, contact features and launch deliverables. You can see where lawyer review is needed and which services continue after launch.

  • A recognisable firm: design and messaging that reflect your practice, people and approach.
  • Useful practice pages: clear explanations of the matters you handle and the next step for a prospective client.
  • Confident first contact: accessible contact options and enquiry handling agreed with your staff.
  • Review before launch: opportunities to review content and design against the agreed scope.
  • A practical handover: training for the delivered website and clear boundaries for future support.

Compare proposals on these deliverables, as well as appearance. A lower initial fee may cover fewer pages, less writing or a different level of ongoing support.

Legal content and your firm’s approval

Your website represents your professional reputation. We write and design around the facts you can support: practice focus, lawyer backgrounds, approved recognitions and the way your firm works. You review legal explanations, fee statements, testimonials and results before publication.

Ontario firms can refer to the Law Society of Ontario’s marketing rules when deciding what to approve. Your firm remains responsible for its content and professional obligations; Canada Create’s writing and design services are not legal advice or a regulatory compliance review. This division of responsibility is set out in our Terms of Service.

Accessibility, privacy and first-contact requirements

These requirements affect what you buy, who needs to review it and how visitors can reach you. We agree the accessibility standard, page coverage and testing as specified deliverables in your written scope. Your firm determines which obligations apply, with Ontario’s website accessibility guidance as a starting reference.

For contact forms, your team approves the information requested, recipients, privacy wording and notices about confidential information. We can include the agreed notices and enquiry features in the build. Your lawyers retain responsibility for conflicts checks, establishing the client relationship and approving the firm’s privacy and consent requirements. If you are preparing an existing site for launch, our law firm website launch guide provides further context.

When your website no longer reflects your firm

A website project becomes worthwhile when there is a clear business reason: you have added a practice group, opened an office, changed your positioning or outgrown a site your team struggles to update. Another common concern is a mismatch between the firm’s reputation and what prospective clients see online.

Bring us those concerns, along with your current website. We can discuss a focused improvement or a wider redesign and identify which scope best addresses the problem. An existing site with useful content and a sound foundation may need less work than a full rebuild.

Your team’s time and project decisions

A law firm website needs input from busy people. We agree who supplies firm information, who reviews each practice area and who gives final approval. If writing is included, we can work from lawyer interviews and materials you provide. AI-assisted research and drafting may be used with human review, editorial judgement and applied expertise; your firm approves the final content.

You review the proposed pages and visual direction before the full WordPress development work. The schedule reflects the agreed scope and approval requirements. Under our Terms, each major phase includes up to two revision rounds unless the agreement says otherwise; additional scope or revisions may change fees and timing.

Practice areas, lawyer profiles and offices

We scope the website around the information a prospective client needs to choose your firm. That can include:

  • Practice pages for the services you want the website to support
  • Lawyer profiles showing relevant experience, qualifications and approach
  • Office and service-area information that accurately reflects where you work
  • Answers to common first-contact questions, reviewed by your lawyers
  • Separate paths for different audiences, such as employers and employees

The number of pages, writing requirements and any multilingual content are agreed before development. For larger firms, we also discuss how new lawyers, offices and practice groups will be added over time.

Launch support, hosting and ongoing care

Your proposal sets out launch testing and handover, including the agreed contact features and website access. One-time website projects include reasonable handover training and 90 days of limited defect-correction support after acceptance, subject to the Terms. This is different from ongoing content changes, maintenance or support for later third-party changes.

Our managed website hosting is paid annually in advance and includes the services stated on that page and in the Terms. Additional maintenance and care are quoted separately. We make these responsibilities clear so your firm knows who will look after the site once the project ends.

Enquiries your team can act on

An enquiry is useful only when your staff know what to do with it. We agree the contact options and routing around your practice areas, office responsibilities and working hours. A consultation request, phone call or booking option should reflect the way your firm actually accepts new enquiries.

Where included in your scope, CS+, Canada Create’s CRM, supports enquiry routing and follow-up. Your team reviews the messages and receives a demonstration of the agreed handover. Detailed confidential intake and conflict checks remain within your firm’s approved process. We also agree which enquiry measures the website can report, without treating every submission as a qualified client or retained matter.

Website improvements or ongoing SEO?

If your site attracts relevant visitors but they struggle to understand your services or contact the right person, improvements to content and enquiry options may be the immediate priority. If reaching more prospective clients is the main concern, discuss ongoing SEO or local SEO alongside the website.

These services are custom-scoped after discovery. The proposal distinguishes the website build from ongoing marketing, its fees and its reporting. We do not guarantee rankings, enquiry volumes or retained matters.

Planning a new law firm website or a redesign? Share your current site, practice areas and the main problem you want to solve. Request a scoped proposal, or call +1 (800) 808-9235 for sales enquiries, 24/7. We reply to enquiries within one business day. After discovery, you receive a written proposal with scope and fees before work starts.

Fees, ownership and what you are buying

Law firm website pricing depends on the work your firm needs. The main cost drivers are the number of practice and lawyer pages, content writing, design requirements, languages, photography, existing content to retain and any booking or CRM features. We quote after discovery rather than attach a single price to every firm.

Part of the investmentWhat to confirm in your proposal
Website projectPages, design, writing, development, revisions, review points and launch deliverables
Hosting and maintenanceAnnual hosting charges, included hosting services and any separately quoted care
Additional tools and assetsPhotography, licences, booking or tracking tools and any recurring charges
Ongoing marketingAgreed services, term and management fees; advertising spend is separate and paid directly to the platforms

Fees are quoted in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise, plus applicable taxes. Your agreement sets the payment schedule and term. Review it with the Terms of Service, including the non-refundable payment and full-term fee provisions, before committing.

Who owns the website?

After full and final payment, you own the final work created specifically for your firm, subject to the Terms’ ownership and credit conditions. Third-party materials and Canada Create’s pre-existing tools are excluded. Advertising accounts, analytics properties, Google Business Profiles, domains and social media accounts are set up in your firm’s name where the platform allows, and remain yours. The required Canada Create credit remains with the work, including after a hosting move; source files or access reasonably required to operate the deliverables are provided on final payment unless the agreement says otherwise.

To assess the investment, consider suitable enquiries, consultations and matters your firm can attribute to the website, alongside its total project and ongoing costs. Your own intake records provide the context for judging value.

Marketing after launch

For firms seeking ongoing acquisition support, SEO services for law firms and Google Ads management can be scoped alongside or after the build. We agree the service priorities, fees and reporting with you. Advertising spend is paid separately to the platforms.

If your firm offers suitable services for online purchase, ecommerce website work can be discussed as additional scope, subject to your firm’s professional requirements. For broader planning, see our law firm marketing guide and Canadian lawyer advertising overview.

A website suited to your practice

The right brief depends on the people you advise and the decisions they face.

  • Family law and estates: a calm, discreet presentation of sensitive services and the first consultation.
  • Personal injury and criminal defence: clear contact options, accurate availability and careful presentation of fee arrangements and results.
  • Immigration: understandable service descriptions and language options that match your firm’s capacity.
  • Business and employment: a clear explanation of the clients you represent, from individuals to employers and in-house teams.
  • Real estate: straightforward information about the transactions you handle and how to request assistance.

We use these differences to shape the scope and tone with your firm, rather than assume every practice needs the same website.

Choosing the right level of design

A solo practice launching its first site may need a focused set of pages and a straightforward enquiry route. An established boutique may need stronger positioning and detailed lawyer profiles. A multi-practice firm may need more extensive content, office information and separate enquiry paths.

Our custom design work is scoped around those requirements. In discovery, we discuss the budget, what can be retained and which features are worthwhile now. You can compare the proposal with a simpler template-based option on the work included, editing needs, licences and future costs.

Redesign without overlooking the existing site

If your current website already supports referrals and enquiries, that value belongs in the redesign brief. We review the existing pages and content before recommending what to retain or replace. The agreed migration scope addresses the existing site, contact routes and launch responsibilities.

Tell us about important pages, recent changes and any bookings or marketing activity the site supports. Search visibility can change during a redesign; we discuss that risk and the agreed launch checks without promising unchanged rankings.

Presenting your lawyers with confidence

Your people are central to the buying decision. We can develop profiles that explain each lawyer’s practice focus, background and approach in language prospective clients understand. Firm-supplied credentials, recognitions and experience claims need to be accurate and approved.

Photography and visual direction should feel consistent with your firm. We discuss available images, any new photography required and the related costs. The existing design images below illustrate presentation possibilities; your firm’s scope and design are agreed separately.

Working with Canada Create has meant so much to me and my business, ProDerma Clinic. When you put your heart into caring for your clients, you want your website and online presence to reflect that same care. I’m so happy with the work Amir and his team have done to help me present my clinic and services with confidence.

They created a beautiful, professional website that brings together my treatments and makes it easy for visitors to learn about the clinic, explore their options, and book a consultation. Having a website I feel proud to share is a wonderful feeling. It gives people an introduction to ProDerma before they even walk through the door.

Their work has also included Google Business Profile optimization, helping me strengthen how my clinic appears on Google Search and Maps. For a local clinic in downtown Toronto, making it easier for people to find accurate information about my services, location, and booking options is incredibly valuable.

What stays with me most is the care and effort behind the work. I’m grateful to Amir and the Canada Create team for helping me build an online presence that reflects the business I’m working so hard to grow.

I would happily recommend Canada Create to other clinic owners and business owners looking for website design, Google Business Profile optimization, and thoughtful marketing guidance. Thank you for supporting ProDerma Clinic and for putting so much heart into your work!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Canada Create, and especially Amir Vincent, one of the owners. His personal involvement made all the difference.

As the owner of a boutique medical aesthetics practice, my business is very personal to me. I wanted a website that showed not just my services, but the philosophy, warmth and individualized care behind my practice. I had a very particular vision, and Canada Create brought it to life more beautifully than I imagined.

From day one, Amir was professional, enthusiastic and detail-oriented, and he took a real interest in understanding my business. He and his team treated the project as a partnership. They took the time to learn what makes my practice unique and how to communicate that to new clients.

The website is beautiful. It's elegant, welcoming and thoughtfully designed, from the overall look and photography to how the information is laid out. It feels authentic to my brand and makes exactly the impression I was hoping for.

They also arranged a professional photoshoot for my practice, which was a highlight. The photos add a personal touch that captures the personality of my business. That matters so much in an industry built on trust and connection.

I've been just as impressed by their technical knowledge. Canada Create manages my website analytics and helps me understand how the site is performing and how to grow my online presence over time. That ongoing support is invaluable. They understand a website has to do more than look good. It has to help build the business.

Their communication, patience and willingness to listen have been wonderful. They took my ideas seriously while bringing their own expertise and creative suggestions. I always felt valued as a person, not just another client. I've spent years building a practice that reflects my values, so I really appreciate people who take pride in their work, and I see that in Amir and his team.

I'm so proud of what we've created together and look forward to continuing to work with Canada Create as my practice grows. If you're considering a new website, a brand refresh or a stronger online presence, I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Amir, thank you for your guidance, dedication and care. And thank you to the whole Canada Create team for turning my vision into something so beautiful. A five-star experience!

I had a great experience working with this business. They helped me build my tutoring website from scratch and guided me through the entire process.

I knew nothing about how the process worked, but they were professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to understand what I wanted, handled the setup and design, and made sure everything worked properly.

I’m very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help creating a professional website or getting their business online.

Working with Canada Create and Amir Vincent has been an absolute game-changer. I came to them looking for help with social media strategy and creative edits, and they didn’t just deliver, they elevated everything. From the first call, Amir’s clarity, professionalism, and creative eye stood out. You can tell this team genuinely cares about brand quality and impact, not just ticking boxes.

They took my ideas, refined them with precision, and turned them into polished, scroll-stopping content that actually converts. Every edit felt intentional, every post had strategy behind it, and the communication was seamless. No ego, no fluff just pure execution and results.

What impressed me most was Amir’s leadership. He’s not just a CEO, he’s a creative visionary who pushes for excellence in every detail. He listens, adapts, and brings real insight to the table. It’s rare to find a partner who can merge design aesthetics, marketing psychology, and performance thinking like that.

If you’re serious about growing your brand, sharpening your content game, or leveling up your digital presence Canada Create is the team you want in your corner. Amir and his crew don’t play small; they build brands that command attention.

How much does a law firm website cost in Toronto?

We quote after discovery. Page numbers, content writing, design, languages, photography and contact or CRM features affect the fee. The proposal separates the website project from hosting, ongoing services and third-party costs. Fees are CAD unless stated otherwise, plus applicable taxes.

How much time will our lawyers need to contribute?

We agree who supplies information and who approves the copy and design. If writing is included, we can work from interviews and firm materials. Timing depends on the scope and timely feedback. Your agreement sets the schedule and review points.

Do you write the website content?

Yes, writing or editing can be included in the agreed scope. AI-assisted research and drafting may be used with human review, editorial judgement and applied expertise. Your firm reviews and approves the final content and remains responsible for its accuracy and professional obligations.

Do you certify the site meets law society rules?

Our website services are not legal advice or a regulatory compliance review. We present content for your review, including credentials, fees, testimonials and results. Your firm is responsible for confirming that its website meets the rules and laws that apply.

Can we include accessibility requirements?

Yes. The accessibility standard, pages and testing must be specified in your written agreement. Your firm confirms which obligations apply and remains responsible for later content changes and ongoing obligations.

Who owns the website after completion?

After full and final payment, you own the final work created specifically for your firm, subject to the Terms’ ownership and continuing credit conditions.
