CRM services hub

CRM services, platform options and industry needs

Give your team a clear view of every enquiry, open quote and next step. Canada Create™ provides CRM consulting, setup and implementation for Toronto businesses, with projects delivered across Canada and the United States. We help you decide whether to improve the system you already have, move to another platform or introduce a first CRM. Your proposal sets out the agreed work, software requirements, responsibilities and fees before the project starts.

A useful CRM should make it easier to follow up, manage customer relationships and understand the sales pipeline. The right engagement addresses the gaps your team actually faces: enquiries scattered across inboxes, quotes without follow-up, duplicate records, unreliable reports or software that staff avoid using.

Choose the CRM help your business needs

You can engage us for advice, implementation or ongoing administration. Choose a defined starting point rather than committing to a complete replacement before the problem is understood.

  • CRM setup and implementation: an agreed system, connected business tools, data migration, training and launch support.
  • CRM consulting: a review of your current situation, platform options and a written recommendation before a build is commissioned.
  • CRM for small business: a practical first system or a focused improvement to the CRM your team already pays for.
  • HubSpot consulting: assess the appropriate subscription, implementation needs and fit with your existing tools.
  • Salesforce consulting: evaluate the scope, ongoing administration and business requirements of a Salesforce engagement.
  • Zoho consulting: assess Zoho CRM or Zoho One for your team, existing subscriptions and required connections.

Find CRM services for your industry

The buying priorities differ by business. A professional firm may need clearer referral and proposal history; a clinic needs an appropriate boundary between enquiries and clinical records; a SaaS company may be focused on account relationships and renewals. Explore the relevant service page to discuss your scope.

Keep your current CRM or choose a better fit

A new subscription is worthwhile only if it addresses a meaningful business need. If your existing CRM can support the agreed goals, we can scope improvements to that system. If it cannot, the recommendation explains the reason for a move, the expected disruption and the commitments that come with the alternative.

We work with CS+, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive and Microsoft Dynamics. CS+ is our own CRM and marketing automation offering, which makes that relationship relevant to your decision. We compare suitable options against your needs rather than assuming our own platform is the answer.

  • Daily work: how your sales, service and management teams need to use the system, including work away from a desk.
  • Existing investment: the software you already own and the business connections that must remain available.
  • Information and oversight: the records, reporting, access and privacy requirements your business needs the platform to support.
  • Total commitment: licences, usage charges, implementation, future changes and the person responsible for administration.
  • Future flexibility: supported exports, handover needs and the practical limits of moving to another provider later.

The written recommendation identifies the proposed product and subscription, important limitations and work that is outside the initial engagement. Product availability, licence terms and prices are checked when the proposal is prepared.

Privacy and consent belong in the buying decision

Your CRM may hold personal, confidential or regulated information. Before selecting a platform or approving a migration, identify the information involved and bring your responsible privacy or professional adviser into the decision. Requirements can differ by organization, province and intended use; buying a CRM does not establish compliance.

Our scope can include the agreed access, consent-record and communication-preference requirements, with data handling and hosting constraints identified for review. Your organization approves the requirements and remains responsible for lawful collection and use, including the consent basis for marketing messages. Clinical and other sensitive records require their own approved treatment and are excluded from advertising payloads.

Our implementation work is not legal or regulatory advice. The Privacy Commissioner’s PIPEDA overview and the CRTC’s CASL guidance are useful starting points for the advisers responsible for your requirements.

Understand the full cost before committing

CRM costs include more than a monthly software price. A first CRM with a small team and a straightforward record set is a different engagement from a multi-team replacement with extensive history and specialist systems. We quote after discovery so the price reflects what your business needs.

  • Project work: the agreed consulting, implementation, migration, connections, training and launch responsibilities.
  • Software and usage: CRM licences, paid extensions, phone services, messaging and other third-party charges, identified separately from our service fees.
  • Ongoing service: optional administration and improvement work, with its own scope, fees and agreed term.
  • Client effort: the time your team needs for decisions, data review, testing and training.

Your proposal states the scope, schedule, payment arrangements, exclusions and applicable taxes. Fees are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Additional work and changes after approval are agreed separately. Engagement terms and cancellation provisions follow your agreement and our Terms of Service.

Know what you are buying

Consulting helps you decide; implementation delivers the agreed system. A consulting-only engagement can clarify why the current CRM is underused, whether the platform still fits and which improvements justify investment. It does not automatically include a rebuild or ongoing administration.

A CRM setup and implementation engagement can include the approved setup, supported data migration, named integrations, reporting, training and launch assistance. The proposal identifies which of these apply and how the finished work will be reviewed. You should be able to see what your team will receive and who is responsible for each decision.

Migration without assumptions about your history

Before a move is approved, the scope identifies the records and history needed, what the destination supports and any information that may need a separate archive. Your team reviews the relevant data and any exceptions before launch. A complete transfer of every feature, attachment or historical activity is not assumed.

Connections to your business tools

Website enquiries, business email, calendars, phones, bookings, accounting and specialist systems can be part of the engagement. Each proposed connection depends on the products, subscriptions and access available. The scope names the agreed systems and any limitations, additional fees or ongoing support needs, so an integration request does not become an unexpected cost later.

Follow-up that reflects your business

Approved reminders, quote follow-up and renewal communications can help your team stay in touch consistently. We agree which communications are included, where a member of staff takes over and what your team needs to review before activation. Follow-up remains subject to the applicable consent basis, communication preferences and provider availability.

For broader customer-facing assistance, see our AI sales automation service. Its scope and operating responsibilities are agreed separately.

What we need from your team

You do not need a finished technical specification to start. Bring the name of your current CRM, the other tools you use, the teams involved and the business problems you want to resolve. Examples such as an unanswered quote, a missing customer history or a report nobody trusts are useful discussion points.

The project needs a decision-maker and an internal contact who can coordinate access, data questions, user feedback and approvals. Your responsible advisers approve privacy and professional requirements where applicable. Your staff also need time to review the proposed system and attend the agreed training. Access and approval delays can affect both the schedule and cost.

Please do not put passwords, customer lists or sensitive records in the initial enquiry form. We will agree an appropriate way to review information needed for the project.

What to expect from discovery to launch

After discovery, you receive a written proposal with the recommended scope, fees and schedule. Once the engagement is agreed, there are defined opportunities to review the proposed system and completed work. Your agreement identifies the acceptance criteria, client decisions and launch responsibilities.

Timing depends on data readiness, the number of teams, the required connections and timely access and approvals. We agree milestones for your project rather than promise a universal launch date. Any phased launch or later expansion is identified in the scope.

See whether the investment is helping

The reporting should answer the questions that justified the project: are enquiries being handled, are quotes progressing, can managers trust the pipeline and is the team using the system? Agreed reporting can cover response times, outstanding follow-up, sales progress, renewals and recorded revenue by source.

We keep automatic acknowledgements separate from meaningful staff responses. Source reports identify gaps and unmatched records so incomplete tracking is visible. Revenue recorded in the CRM is not proof that the CRM caused a sale.

When return on investment is part of the scope, the review considers the full setup and operating costs alongside supported changes in business performance. Time released for staff is distinguished from an actual cash saving. Results depend on your starting point, demand, team participation and follow-through; sales or revenue improvements are not guaranteed.

Decide where AI adds useful support

AI-assisted summaries, draft replies and enquiry handling may be worth considering when they solve a defined problem for your team. Evaluate the benefit together with the information involved, expected accuracy, oversight, cost and consequences of a mistake. AI does not remove the need for reliable records or responsible people.

Our AI sales agents and CRM automation service covers suitable opportunities for additional assistance. Customer-facing AI assistants are identified as such, and the approved scope defines their responsibilities and human handover. Clinical, lending, insurance and other consequential professional decisions remain with the responsible professionals.

AI may also assist our research and drafting. Human review, editorial judgement and applied expertise remain part of our work, and deliverables are presented for your approval under our Terms.

Resolve the obstacles that make a CRM hard to use

If staff avoid the current CRM, ask what is getting in their way before replacing it. Unclear responsibilities, missing connections, unfamiliar reports and administrative effort can undermine an otherwise suitable platform. A focused review helps distinguish a software limitation from a training, ownership or scope issue.

We use that review to recommend work with a clear business purpose. The proposed engagement identifies what Canada Create will deliver, what your team will own and which improvements can wait. This gives you a basis for deciding whether a repair, a smaller first phase or a full replacement is justified.

Why consider Canada Create for your CRM project?

Canada Create has served businesses since 2008 and brings website, marketing and CRM services together. That is useful when the issue crosses the boundary between getting an enquiry and managing the relationship afterward. Your engagement can address the agreed parts together, with the scope and fees made clear.

We are a BBB Accredited Business with an A+ rating. Accreditation and the client reviews shown on this page are background for your evaluation, not a promise of a particular project result. Ask us about the proposed scope, delivery responsibilities and relevant experience for your situation.

Compare proposals on the same basis

Look beyond a platform logo or a low setup price. Check the proposed deliverables, supported history, required subscriptions, client responsibilities, training and post-launch support. A clear proposal should explain both what is included and the cost of maintaining the system afterward.

Account access, data and ownership

Your business controls its customer records, subject to privacy obligations and the platform contract. Advertising accounts, analytics properties, Google Business Profiles, domains and social media accounts are set up in your name where the platform allows, and remain yours. CRM subscription rights, user access and supported export options depend on the chosen platform contract and agreed scope.

After full and final payment, ownership of finalized custom deliverables is subject to our Terms, including the credit requirements. Third-party software and our pre-existing tools retain their respective rights. Handover access is provided as required under the agreement; a CRM engagement does not transfer ownership of the underlying software or every reusable component.

A practical first CRM for a small business

If enquiries and customer history live in several inboxes and spreadsheets, a first CRM can give the team a shared place to work. The initial scope can focus on the essential customer records, open opportunities and follow-up your business needs, without committing to every available feature.

A free or entry-level subscription may be suitable, depending on users, records, reporting and required connections. We assess the current plan limits and the cost of the next likely upgrade. The recommendation also accounts for who will maintain the CRM once the project ends.

Training, handover and support after launch

Your team needs to be comfortable using the CRM in its daily work. The agreed training covers relevant tasks for users, managers and the internal contact responsible for the system. Handover materials and any additional training are identified in the proposal.

One-time project work includes reasonable handover training and 90 days of limited defect support after acceptance under our Terms. New features, third-party changes and ongoing administration are separate scope. Optional CRM management can cover agreed improvements, user changes and reporting reviews during its contracted term.

Our sales line is available 24/7. AI support intake can record requests around the clock; standard team responses target 24 to 48 hours during business days. These are response targets, not guarantees of resolution within that time.

More help with your buying decision

Canada Create also builds websites, manages Google Ads and SEO, provides email marketing and delivers AI sales and CRM automation. When these services form part of the same engagement, the proposal identifies the relevant connections and how their results will be reviewed.

Tell us what your current CRM is making difficult. Share the tools you use, the people involved and the outcome you want. We reply within one business day. After discovery, you receive a written proposal with scope and fees before work starts.

What to expect from your CRM engagement

Your written proposal sets the scope, fees, schedule and review points. Timing depends on the agreed work, data readiness, access and client approvals.

  1. Discuss the business need Discovery

Review your current tools, the teams involved and the problems you want the CRM engagement to resolve.

  2. Review the proposed scope Before commitment

Your team reviews the proposed system against the business needs and acceptance criteria in the agreement.

Working with Canada Create has meant so much to me and my business, ProDerma Clinic. When you put your heart into caring for your clients, you want your website and online presence to reflect that same care. I’m so happy with the work Amir and his team have done to help me present my clinic and services with confidence.

They created a beautiful, professional website that brings together my treatments and makes it easy for visitors to learn about the clinic, explore their options, and book a consultation. Having a website I feel proud to share is a wonderful feeling. It gives people an introduction to ProDerma before they even walk through the door.

Their work has also included Google Business Profile optimization, helping me strengthen how my clinic appears on Google Search and Maps. For a local clinic in downtown Toronto, making it easier for people to find accurate information about my services, location, and booking options is incredibly valuable.

What stays with me most is the care and effort behind the work. I’m grateful to Amir and the Canada Create team for helping me build an online presence that reflects the business I’m working so hard to grow.

I would happily recommend Canada Create to other clinic owners and business owners looking for website design, Google Business Profile optimization, and thoughtful marketing guidance. Thank you for supporting ProDerma Clinic and for putting so much heart into your work!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Canada Create, and especially Amir Vincent, one of the owners. His personal involvement made all the difference.

As the owner of a boutique medical aesthetics practice, my business is very personal to me. I wanted a website that showed not just my services, but the philosophy, warmth and individualized care behind my practice. I had a very particular vision, and Canada Create brought it to life more beautifully than I imagined.

From day one, Amir was professional, enthusiastic and detail-oriented, and he took a real interest in understanding my business. He and his team treated the project as a partnership. They took the time to learn what makes my practice unique and how to communicate that to new clients.

The website is beautiful. It's elegant, welcoming and thoughtfully designed, from the overall look and photography to how the information is laid out. It feels authentic to my brand and makes exactly the impression I was hoping for.

They also arranged a professional photoshoot for my practice, which was a highlight. The photos add a personal touch that captures the personality of my business. That matters so much in an industry built on trust and connection.

I've been just as impressed by their technical knowledge. Canada Create manages my website analytics and helps me understand how the site is performing and how to grow my online presence over time. That ongoing support is invaluable. They understand a website has to do more than look good. It has to help build the business.

Their communication, patience and willingness to listen have been wonderful. They took my ideas seriously while bringing their own expertise and creative suggestions. I always felt valued as a person, not just another client. I've spent years building a practice that reflects my values, so I really appreciate people who take pride in their work, and I see that in Amir and his team.

I'm so proud of what we've created together and look forward to continuing to work with Canada Create as my practice grows. If you're considering a new website, a brand refresh or a stronger online presence, I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Amir, thank you for your guidance, dedication and care. And thank you to the whole Canada Create team for turning my vision into something so beautiful. A five-star experience!

I had a great experience working with this business. They helped me build my tutoring website from scratch and guided me through the entire process.

I knew nothing about how the process worked, but they were professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to understand what I wanted, handled the setup and design, and made sure everything worked properly.

Working with Canada Create and Amir Vincent has been an absolute game-changer. I came to them looking for help with social media strategy and creative edits, and they didn’t just deliver, they elevated everything. From the first call, Amir’s clarity, professionalism, and creative eye stood out. You can tell this team genuinely cares about brand quality and impact, not just ticking boxes.

They took my ideas, refined them with precision, and turned them into polished, scroll-stopping content that actually converts. Every edit felt intentional, every post had strategy behind it, and the communication was seamless. No ego, no fluff just pure execution and results.

What impressed me most was Amir’s leadership. He’s not just a CEO, he’s a creative visionary who pushes for excellence in every detail. He listens, adapts, and brings real insight to the table. It’s rare to find a partner who can merge design aesthetics, marketing psychology, and performance thinking like that.

If you’re serious about growing your brand, sharpening your content game, or leveling up your digital presence Canada Create is the team you want in your corner. Amir and his crew don’t play small; they build brands that command attention.

CRM services questions

Which CRM platforms do you work with?

CS+, our own CRM, plus HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive and Microsoft Dynamics. We assess suitable options and your existing software before recommending a platform and subscription in writing.

Do you work with specific industries?

Yes. Our service pages cover professional services, health, education, financial services, SaaS, hospitality, manufacturing, trades and other business needs. Your engagement is scoped for your actual requirements; a sector page is not a promise of regulatory compliance.

Can the CRM connect to our marketing?

Website enquiries, call tracking, bookings and other agreed sources can be included where the products and subscriptions support them. Reporting identifies gaps and attribution limits. Advertising measurement requires its own approved scope; sensitive customer information is excluded from advertising payloads.

Will buying a CRM make us compliant with Canadian privacy or messaging rules?

No. Your responsible privacy, legal or professional advisers determine the applicable requirements. Our scope can include approved access, data-handling and communication-preference requirements. Your organization remains responsible for lawful collection and use, including the consent basis for marketing messages. Our work is not legal or regulatory advice.

How long will implementation take?

The schedule is agreed after discovery. Data readiness, the teams involved, required connections, access and client approvals affect timing. The proposal identifies milestones and any phased rollout.

What will CRM work cost?

We quote the project after discovery and identify software, usage charges and any optional ongoing service separately. Your proposal states scope, fees, applicable taxes, payment arrangements and the agreed term. Fees are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Do you work outside Toronto?

Yes. We serve businesses across Canada and the United States. CRM engagements can be delivered remotely, with the working arrangements agreed for the project.

Can you move records from spreadsheets or another CRM?

Supported data migration can be included. Before the move, the scope identifies the records and history required, limitations and any separate archive needs. Your team reviews the data and exceptions. A complete transfer of every historical feature or attachment is not assumed.

What is included in implementation?

The agreed CRM setup, supported migration, named business connections, reporting, training and launch assistance can be included. Your written proposal identifies the actual deliverables, review points, client responsibilities and exclusions.

Do we need to replace the CRM we already have?

Not necessarily. If the platform supports your goals, a focused improvement may be more appropriate. We explain any recommendation to replace it, including the reason, migration implications and ongoing commitment.

Who owns the account, data and delivered work?

Your business controls its customer records subject to privacy obligations and the platform contract. Advertising accounts, analytics properties, Google Business Profiles, domains and social media accounts are set up in your name where the platform allows, and remain yours. CRM subscription rights, user access and supported export options depend on the chosen platform contract and agreed scope. After full and final payment, ownership of finalized custom deliverables is subject to our Terms and credit requirements. Third-party software and our pre-existing tools retain their respective rights.

Should we include AI in the project?

Only where a defined task and supported benefit justify it. Consider information sensitivity, accuracy, oversight and cost. Customer-facing AI is identified as such; professional decisions remain with the responsible professionals. AI-assisted research and drafting receive human review and applied expertise before deliverables are presented for your approval.

Should we choose CS+ or another platform?

CS+ is our own CRM and marketing automation offering. We disclose that relationship and assess it alongside suitable alternatives. The recommendation considers the tools you already own, daily work, required connections, information requirements and total cost.

What does our team need to contribute?

A decision-maker and an internal contact to coordinate access, data questions, user feedback and approvals. Staff need time for agreed testing and training. Your responsible advisers approve applicable privacy or professional requirements. Late access or approvals can affect the schedule and cost.

What happens after launch?

One-time projects include reasonable handover training and 90 days of limited defect support after acceptance under our Terms. New features, third-party changes and ongoing administration are separately scoped. Standard team support responses target 24 to 48 hours during business days; AI intake records requests around the clock.
