Penetration testing that turns exposure into a clear action plan

Canada Create™ provides penetration testing for Toronto organizations and teams across Canada and the United States. We test web applications, APIs, networks, cloud environments and other agreed targets, then turn the findings into technical evidence and practical remediation priorities. Developers get the detail needed to investigate and fix issues. Leadership gets a clear account of business impact, tested coverage and the next decisions.

For a SaaS product approaching an enterprise deal, a healthcare network reviewing a patient portal or an organization planning a major release, the starting point is the same: identify the systems and the decision the test must support. We agree the testing boundary, delivery plan and reporting requirements before active testing starts.

Types of penetration testing we perform

Web application and API penetration testing

Manual testing examines authentication, sessions, access controls, injection, business logic, file handling and other relevant application risks. The scope identifies applications, API versions, user roles, tenant boundaries and business workflows. We work across custom applications, WordPress and WooCommerce sites, SaaS platforms, customer portals and mobile back ends. Automated tools support coverage; manual investigation validates findings and explores relationships between weaknesses within the agreed boundary.

External network penetration testing

We assess the approved internet-facing perimeter, including remote access, exposed services, mail systems and relevant subdomains. Discovery reconciles the target inventory with system ownership. Newly identified assets are recorded for an authorization decision before being added to active testing.

Internal network penetration testing

An agreed starting position lets us examine lateral movement, privilege escalation, Active Directory weaknesses, shared credentials and paths to sensitive systems. The plan names the networks, access levels and objectives, with operating constraints for production services.

Cloud penetration testing

Cloud engagements cover agreed Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS and Google Cloud resources, including identity, access policies, storage exposure, serverless applications and connections to on-premises systems. Scope distinguishes your resources from the provider’s shared infrastructure and other tenants. Resource-owner authorization and applicable provider testing rules are checked before execution.

Wireless, physical and social engineering

We scope Wi-Fi security, rogue access point testing, badge and tailgating scenarios, targeted phishing and phone pretexting around an approved objective. Written rules identify the locations, people or groups, permitted scenarios and escalation contacts. The agreement also defines how staff information and evidence will be handled.

Red team engagements

Red team work examines a defined objective across agreed attack paths and the organization’s detection and response. The engagement sets the permitted techniques, exercise duration, defender awareness and coordination team. An executive and technical debrief connects observed activity to detection, response and improvement priorities.

Authorization and rules of engagement

The scope names the applications, domains, networks, cloud resources and environments you authorize us to test. It records test accounts, access arrangements, exclusions and third-party approvals. For production work, the plan identifies testing windows, time zones, system owners and the support contacts needed during those windows.

Rules of engagement specify permitted techniques, boundaries for exploitation and evidence collection, and how urgent findings are escalated. Availability-sensitive activity is planned explicitly. Stop conditions identify when testing pauses, who is contacted, and who can approve resumption. Material changes to targets, techniques or access follow the agreed change process.

What you receive

The agreed reporting package combines a technical report with an executive summary. AI may assist research, analysis and report drafting within the approved evidence-handling arrangements. Our team validates findings, applies technical judgement and presents final deliverables for your approval. Automation used during a test stays within its authorized rules of engagement. Findings have identifiers, affected assets, severity rationale, supporting evidence, reproduction detail where appropriate and recommended remediation. The summary explains observed business impact and the work to prioritize. Coverage records identify the tested environment and dates, completed checks and any areas that could not be assessed.

Reporting requirements are agreed with your technical and procurement owners at the outset. A customer or insurer may need a particular scope, report format or completion summary. Bring that requirement into discovery so the deliverables can be matched to it. Where a completion or attestation letter is commissioned, it records the actual scope, dates and finding or retest status. It does not substitute for an independent audit, certification or the recipient’s acceptance decision.

Remediation support and retesting

We help your team understand findings and plan remediation, and can implement agreed changes in systems we are authorized to manage. The proposal states the support included, implementation responsibilities and any separately scoped engineering work. Remediation owners confirm when changes are ready for verification.

A retest scope identifies the findings to revisit, the target environment or release, the access required and the verification window. The retest record reconciles each selected finding with its original identifier and supporting evidence, distinguishing verified closure, remaining exposure and items that could not be verified. Additional testing for new features or a materially changed environment is agreed separately. This gives procurement and engineering a traceable record of what the follow-up established.

Methodology and evidence handling

The test plan selects methods appropriate to the targets and objectives, drawing on resources including the OWASP Web Security Testing Guide, the Penetration Testing Execution Standard and NIST’s technical testing and assessment guidance. The report records the approach used. The evidence-handling agreement identifies collection boundaries, approved recipients, secure transfer, storage and retention or deletion arrangements.

Who needs a penetration test

We support SaaS and technology companies, healthcare organizations, legal and accounting firms, financial services, e-commerce, manufacturing, public-sector teams and nonprofits. Common starting points include customer assurance, a product launch, a major system change, an insurance review or a defined compliance program. Testing frequency and evidence requirements are established from your risk, contractual obligations and applicable program, with your assessor or appropriate adviser involved where needed.

Testing can connect to a broader cyber security program or continuing managed security services. Those engagements define the implementation and operational responsibilities that follow the assessment.

Penetration testing pricing

Custom-scoped engagements; proposal after discovery. Price and scheduling depend on the number of applications and roles, network and cloud scope, testing depth, access readiness, reporting needs and any red team component. The proposal identifies testing, reporting, remediation support and retest inclusions so your team can compare scope and plan the work.

Working with Canada Create has meant so much to me and my business, ProDerma Clinic. When you put your heart into caring for your clients, you want your website and online presence to reflect that same care. I’m so happy with the work Amir and his team have done to help me present my clinic and services with confidence.

They created a beautiful, professional website that brings together my treatments and makes it easy for visitors to learn about the clinic, explore their options, and book a consultation. Having a website I feel proud to share is a wonderful feeling. It gives people an introduction to ProDerma before they even walk through the door.

Their work has also included Google Business Profile optimization, helping me strengthen how my clinic appears on Google Search and Maps. For a local clinic in downtown Toronto, making it easier for people to find accurate information about my services, location, and booking options is incredibly valuable.

What stays with me most is the care and effort behind the work. I’m grateful to Amir and the Canada Create team for helping me build an online presence that reflects the business I’m working so hard to grow.

I would happily recommend Canada Create to other clinic owners and business owners looking for website design, Google Business Profile optimization, and thoughtful marketing guidance. Thank you for supporting ProDerma Clinic and for putting so much heart into your work!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Canada Create, and especially Amir Vincent, one of the owners. His personal involvement made all the difference.

As the owner of a boutique medical aesthetics practice, my business is very personal to me. I wanted a website that showed not just my services, but the philosophy, warmth and individualized care behind my practice. I had a very particular vision, and Canada Create brought it to life more beautifully than I imagined.

From day one, Amir was professional, enthusiastic and detail-oriented, and he took a real interest in understanding my business. He and his team treated the project as a partnership. They took the time to learn what makes my practice unique and how to communicate that to new clients.

The website is beautiful. It's elegant, welcoming and thoughtfully designed, from the overall look and photography to how the information is laid out. It feels authentic to my brand and makes exactly the impression I was hoping for.

They also arranged a professional photoshoot for my practice, which was a highlight. The photos add a personal touch that captures the personality of my business. That matters so much in an industry built on trust and connection.

I've been just as impressed by their technical knowledge. Canada Create manages my website analytics and helps me understand how the site is performing and how to grow my online presence over time. That ongoing support is invaluable. They understand a website has to do more than look good. It has to help build the business.

Their communication, patience and willingness to listen have been wonderful. They took my ideas seriously while bringing their own expertise and creative suggestions. I always felt valued as a person, not just another client. I've spent years building a practice that reflects my values, so I really appreciate people who take pride in their work, and I see that in Amir and his team.

I'm so proud of what we've created together and look forward to continuing to work with Canada Create as my practice grows. If you're considering a new website, a brand refresh or a stronger online presence, I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Amir, thank you for your guidance, dedication and care. And thank you to the whole Canada Create team for turning my vision into something so beautiful. A five-star experience!

Working with Canada Create and Amir Vincent has been an absolute game-changer. I came to them looking for help with social media strategy and creative edits, and they didn’t just deliver, they elevated everything. From the first call, Amir’s clarity, professionalism, and creative eye stood out. You can tell this team genuinely cares about brand quality and impact, not just ticking boxes.

They took my ideas, refined them with precision, and turned them into polished, scroll-stopping content that actually converts. Every edit felt intentional, every post had strategy behind it, and the communication was seamless. No ego, no fluff just pure execution and results.

What impressed me most was Amir’s leadership. He’s not just a CEO, he’s a creative visionary who pushes for excellence in every detail. He listens, adapts, and brings real insight to the table. It’s rare to find a partner who can merge design aesthetics, marketing psychology, and performance thinking like that.

If you’re serious about growing your brand, sharpening your content game, or leveling up your digital presence Canada Create is the team you want in your corner. Amir and his crew don’t play small; they build brands that command attention.

Penetration testing questions

What is penetration testing?

Penetration testing is an authorized assessment that investigates and validates weaknesses in agreed systems. The report explains the evidence, affected assets, business impact and recommended remediation within that scope.

How is a penetration test different from a vulnerability scan?

A scan helps identify possible weaknesses. A penetration test adds scoped manual investigation and validation, including relevant access-control and business-logic paths. The engagement records the methods and coverage used.

How much does penetration testing cost in Canada?

Custom-scoped engagements; proposal after discovery. Applications, user roles, network and cloud scope, testing depth, reporting requirements and follow-up determine the proposal.

How long does a penetration test take?

Discovery establishes the testing and reporting schedule around scope, access readiness, operational windows and your decision date. Remediation and retesting have their own agreed milestones.

What is a red team assessment?

A red team assessment examines an agreed objective across permitted attack paths and the organization’s detection and response. The plan sets defender awareness, coordination, exercise duration and the debrief requirements.

How do you manage testing around production systems?

Rules of engagement define operating windows, permitted techniques, escalation contacts and stop conditions. Availability-sensitive work is planned explicitly, including who can pause testing and authorize resumption.

Can the report support SOC 2, PCI DSS, insurance or customer requirements?

Yes. Bring the actual requirement into discovery so the scope, evidence and report format can be mapped to it. Your assessor, insurer or customer determines its acceptance requirements; a penetration test and completion letter record the commissioned assessment.

Do you test WordPress and e-commerce sites?

Yes. We scope WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify integrations and custom storefronts around the components you control, agreed workflows and relevant third-party permissions.

Do you help fix what you find?

Yes. We help technical owners understand and prioritize findings, and can implement agreed changes in systems we are authorized to manage. The proposal identifies included support, implementation responsibilities and retest work.

What does a retest confirm?

A retest checks the selected findings against the agreed environment or release. Its record identifies verified closure, remaining exposure and anything that could not be verified. Scope, timing, access and verification criteria are agreed before follow-up testing.

Will we receive an attestation or completion letter?

Where commissioned, a letter records the assessment scope, dates and actual finding or retest status. Its wording and intended audience are agreed in advance; it is separate from independent assurance or certification.

How often should we test?

Plan testing around system risk, material changes and applicable contractual or program requirements. Discovery can establish a recurring plan with defined coverage, reporting and follow-up responsibilities.
